Terms and Conditions for the Tournaments.

1. WHEN DOES REGISTRATION BEGIN/END FOR ANY GIVEN TOURNAMENT?

Registration for any particular tournament begins once the tournament is posted on www.kbsports.net. Open registration periods may differ per event so please inquire for the deadline of registration for any particular event.

2. WHAT IS THE COST OF REGISTRATION?

All events have their own separate cost. Please see the official tournament flyer, our website, www.kbsports.net, and/or contact us if you have any questions regarding the price for any particular event.

3. WHERE CAN I GO TO REGISTER?

You can find all registration links on our website, www.kbsports.net which is available to you 24 hours, 7 days per week.

4. WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments can be made online by credit or debit card. KB Sports League, LLC does not accept cash, check, and/or the "WE WILL PAY WHEN WE GET THERE" payment methods.

5. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ONCE I HAVE PAID FOR A CERTAIN TOURNAMENT?

All refund requests must be submitted to KB Sports, LLC via email. Refunds are subject to the tournament directors review, discretion, and final ruling. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE SCHEDULE IS OUT!

6. WHEN WILL I KNOW MY SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT?

Schedules to any particular tournament will be readily available online Wednesday evening of the week prior to the start of that event. Directors and/or coaches will be emailed the schedule & the schedule will be available on KB Sports Exposure Events APP.

7. HOW CAN I UTILIZE KB Sports League, LLC FOR MY OWN EVENTS?

Please contact KB Sports , LLC by visiting Information /Contact (kbsports.net). We can offer you access to thousands of programs for your events.

8. WHERE CAN WE FIND LODGING IN THE VICINITY OF THE EVENT?

KB Sports , LLC does offer discounted hotel rates at various hotels located near each event (usually within xx to xx miles of the particular event). Please contact us immediately if you have any lodging questions.

9. IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR COACHES?

YES, KB Sports , LLC expects ALL coaches to be presentable on the sidelines in front of our student athletes and families. Dress code is casual ( i.e.khaki style shorts or jean shorts, color does not matter) and a collar shirt. Coaches out of dress code will be given a technical foul for that game and the next infraction in the same tournament will warrant ejection from that game. These decisions are subject to our tournament directors review and final ruling.

10. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO FOR PATRONS TO GET IN TO THE EVENTS?

KB Sports , LLC does not charge admission for 2 coaches per team. Players & children under 5 years old are FREE also. ALL OTHERS patrons are charged the given admission rate for the particular event. NO REFUNDS. ALL PATRONS are governed by the rules and regulations of the facility/county the event is being hosted at.

11. TEAM/PATRON WAIVER/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

KB Sports , LLC nor any of our youth basketball tournament affiliates cannot be held responsible for any player/patron injuries related to any tournament that any team participates in or patron attends where KB Sports, LLC is the host. All facilities that are used to host any tournaments sanctioned by KB Sports League, LLC are waived from liability of injury as well. By registering your team, accepting your team schedule and participating in this event as a player, coach or paying patron you agree that you have read this and agree to these terms.
